Fluid Index theme released for Tiki

The theme is another one using the *litecess layout method. It features some neat styling details on blog pages in particular. The theme files can be downloaded from this site; the current version has been tested with Tiki up to version 1.9.8.1.
The Fluid Index theme uses Tiki's Site Identity feature to display the site title and specify the menu id number. A banner ad can also be placed at the page top as a Site Identity option. Please report any problems in the forums here.
