About the tracker here, I don't think anyone is monitoring it, and bugs should be reported here in the forum or at the bug tracker at dev.tiki.org, or in the forum at the community site. We should turn off the trackers here, or else fix them, for sure.
I'll check about the Coelesce theme search form. I imagine the CSS was done with the header position in mind, and the behavior in the side column wasn't considered. Thanks for reporting the problem.
