I like your rendition, too. My Kubrick files are in the New Themes file gallery now if you want to use them. I made changes/improvements (I hope wink) up til the release time. About the top_bar illegal div problem, I ended up reworking that whole area and replaced a lot of tables in the file with divs for an overall improvement.
