    "Show/Hide Right/Left Menus" feature works just fine in Firefox but gives an "Error on page" in IE7, any ideas why ?

    I reported this as a probable bug back in October (see Bug report 2112 http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_tracker_item.php?trackerId=5&itemId=2112) since it does not seem to be theme specific as I have observed the behaviour across all the sites that I manage.

    Not sure if this forum could address the issue but it would be nice to identify a fix/patch since (unfortunately frown) IE7 is still the most popular browser. I've not checked the new IE8 yet so don't know if that works.

    I've submitted a bug report on this too, and asked around, but it seems like IE performance isn't a priority for devs. Hopefully this can get sorted out before the next Tiki release.
