I manual installed the newest tiki, installed the theme, and used Exterminator. Still the same result 
If I gave you admin and ftp access could you look into it for me please?

I'm pretty busy now updating these themes and doing others for Tiki 1.10. (Also trying to learn from past efforts and do things smarter the next time around
